New Aged Care Accommodation

The new Pitt Wood Village development at Ashfield, NSW is centred on the heritage listed Pitt Wood House which has been refurbished to house Presbyterian Aged Care’s Inner West community care services, with a secure area for dementia day care, as well as space for the current day therapy and respite programs. The project also includes 23 independent living units provided in a new building to the north of Pitt Wood House and 2 villa units to the south.

The directors of Cant Dibden Architects, now with QOH Architects, provided design, documentation and construction stage services for this $16 million re-development which was opened by the Governor of NSW, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d) on 12 October 2016.
